An estimate will be given in writing. Once you have signed and sent back a paper copy with a deposit, work can commence. Deposits will normally be required.

Any change to agreed requirements once estimate is approved, may result in alteration to price.

Full payment is required on delivery of item. If item is posted, full payment must be made before delivery.

Estimates are valid for three months.

A timescale will normally be agreed in advance, otherwise completion will usually be within four weeks.
